SCENE ONE: FADE IN: THEY PICK-POCKETED OUR TOWN. a short film by Borodino Joe Music by Carlos Santana. CUT TO INT. Town Hall Meeting, NIGHT BORODINO JOE reads from his bible. "How many licensed drivers drive 60mph on a dirt road? Is the assumed speed limit on a dirt road the same as a paved road if no speed signs are posted? Should speed signs be erected every hundred feet to compensate for inadequate and negligent parenting? Experience. Experience and more experience. Parents are the most important educator of the teachings of experience. Did your father and your mother ever take you aside and spend quality time with you to expose the different elements of the laws of motion and physics? Braking, sliding, accelerating. How about letting inexperienced friends drive? What about driver responsibility? What about respect for the homes and children that drivers carelessly speed by at 60 mph? Fun, Fun, Fun, till her Daddy takes her T-bird away, the song goes. Amen. Luke 8:29. FADE OUT TO DARK CUT TO SCENE TWO FADE IN: A crash course in recklessness.
As you all have asked, why are the parents of the two boys that where killed thinking of suing you and I? You know the answer to that. But the Below Standard will bring this story into the light. We drove up the dirt road in question. We saw the grave markings left by friends of the two dead boys. Sad indeed. But we can handle the truth. Nevertheless, the parents aren't really thinking of suing you and I. ( They will sue the insurance company that we pay premiums to.) FADE IN: LET THE CHILDREN PLAY, by Carlos Santana. DISSOLVE TO: SCENE FOUR: FAMILY VALUES. fade in music, Rhapsody in Blue.
God Bless America. FADE OUT THE END ************************************************ UPDATE: Since liberal and conservative artists don't dare criticize parenting, because they believe it unfair and insensitive, we at the Below Standard believe it necessary at times. Look at Syracuse for one example. They criticize government, businesses and schools, but when was the last time they politicized parenting? Never. Where's the Father. Where's the Mother. Did they READ and WRITE with their children when the children where 3,4,5,6 and 7 years of age? I don't think so. Poor parenting will cost Syracuse more than the tax exemptions that the mall deal seeks. This cartoon is for Steven Bailey and his family. He was beaten up by a group of kids who where just prosecuted. I did not see one parent interviewed. I did not see one political cartoon by local artists. ( you know who I'm talking about ). I didn't see one story about the father-son , mother-son relationships between any of the offenders. Why was this? Journalism at it's best? Ka-boom Syracuse. ******************************************************************** DON'T BE LEFT BEHIND. READ THE BULLETT.COM ******************************************************************** |
