LAST MONTH'S CARTOONS In many editorials the Post Standard said that a CRB or Citizen Review Board was needed to improve relations between the citizens of Syracuse and the Syracuse police. This is a good idea but to be fair there should be a PRB. A Parent Review Board. If you are going to review the behavior of police officers then we should be able to review the parents who's teenagers are arrested. As you know, Steven Bailey was beaten up by 5 teens last week. Where is the cry for a review board of the parents of these boys? Fair is fair. See Sunday's front page article (9-30-01).
