THE ASSOCIATE Volume 4 October 2007 Issue 2 Welcome to the 2007 Fall edition of THE ASSOCIATE newsletter. Here's an update on current news and upcoming events this season within the department. NEW ASSOCIATE MEMBER Welcome to new associate member, Ann Firtz. Ann has been very helpful this past summer with the pancake breakfasts. Thanks for all your help and welcome to the team! HALLOWEEN HAUNTED HOUSE Our annual Halloween Haunted House will be held this coming Wednesday, October 31, 2007. We need help with setup and clean up. If you haven’t already done so, please contact Joe Marcheterre at 708-3545 as soon as possible if you can help in any way. BREAKFAST WITH SANTA CLAUS The annual Breakfast with Santa Claus will be held Saturday morning, December 8, 2007. Once again, we are asking for volunteers to help with decorations, set up, clean up and everything in between! Please call Joe Marcheterre for details. MEMBER AND ASSOCIATE HOLIDAY PARTY Our annual holiday party will be held the night of Saturday, December 8, 2007. The festivities will begin with a cocktail hour from 6-7 followed by dinner. The meats will be provided by the department. Salads, side dishes and desserts will be provided as a dish to pass according to your last name as follows: A-L= Desserts M-Z = Salad or side dish.
