This is an open letter to the honest people of Spafford.  You should know how your town

Councilor Joyce Barnett and her "people" choose to run our once honest town

Government.  On Feb 10th, I, Joe Vecchio proudly decided to become a whistleblower

to the Spafford Party members. Some middle class people don't like being caught doing

stupid things especially when they survive by negatively attacking others first in order to

impress their friends.  I could not in good conscious let what I experienced fly away. 

" No relevance to town government", writes Weigel.

Was she sleeping? Weigel seems to think exxxxxxaggerations and lying  for superficial

political reasons are something to be proud of and not worth fighting. This is America.

If she learned nothing from Feb 10th, then I'm laughing spiritually. Doing what I did was

not easy and community "taxplayers"  should not have to do it, but I had no choice.

Weigel doesn't care about this. Town hall meetings are a democratic place.  I signed up

three weeks earlier to speak. Everything I did was LEGAL and honest.   Out of the last

three years,  there where many more wasted minutes wasted on less important issues,

and Weigel  conveniently says nothing about this? Why?   

Fighting for honest democracy does require unorthodox  insurgent methods. Have Weigel

and friends been following town politics for the last three years, they would comprehend  

reality differently. But that's okay. But ask yourself this: Why  would I do what I did?  

It's called the VOTER'S BILL of Rights.  How can I be a good and informed  voter if

I don't know who is constantly LYING to me. I can prove this so sue me if I'm wrong!

On Feb 10th,  I had to find out and did. I have many questions for

Weigel  as to where she gets her limited  information from? And I hope to interview her

for our movie called "Sex, Lies and Videotapes in Spafford",  which will be coming out

on DVD in July. Then all can judge me fairly.  Also, all can judge Weigel and her

friends spiritually. And like Linda Sander's last editorial to the Skaneateles Press,

we see that telling the truth is hard for some Middle Class people.

Again, I have the truth on tape so sue me.

Also  Mrs. Weigel, the only people who clapped where not all "Gordon's people".   

They are honest voters who have caught on to the truth. By writing such,  discredits

only yourself.  If writing this was meant to point a negative knife, once again,  

at Gordon, it didn't work did it? 

PS. This citizen, Joe Vecchio,  spent hours of volunteer time gathering information and

investigating the democratic issues of honestly and truth. If that frightens some dishonest

people, then good. I also am a volunteer fireman.  I maintain the water system and 

mechanical upkeep  at the veteran's  memorial. I have volunteered for SAHS  and

many other activities. I spend more time volunteering for this community than

the people Weigel speaks of.  Over the last two months I have volunteered over

45 honest hours. How about you?

The facts: I have myself on video presenting a volunteered model of the Kissane

property, (please go down to the Spafford Hall and see it )  also on video are relevant

questions in writing about statements made months earlier by politician Joyce Barnett

about Gordon's integrity. She has failed to share this questionable information with

the public. And she raised the issue. Not me and my patriotic friends. One of them

is lying. Guess who? I have the right to ascertain the accuracy of  politician's statements

in order to be a more informed voter. Thank God Mrs. Weigel is not my town supervisor.

So what's a voter to do? Blow the whistle. But better yet, Mrs. Weigel and her friends

are more than welcome to go to our respected community website:
