IRELAND SEEKS TO CUT NEGATIVE COMMENTS

Spafford Supervisor Gordon Ireland said recently he will start cracking down on negative comments made at town board meetings.

He asked that people who request to speak during the public comment period submit the topic they will address. "If it's super-negative or something, I'm going to kind of screen through those and see if we can stop some of this bickering that goes on in the town hall meetings," Ireland said.
