The Spafford Town Board appointed a Memorial Day Committee and asked residents to contact them if they have suggestions or are interested in a participating in the Memorial Day events to be held at the new Veterans Memorial.
The members are: Bill Case, Susan Underwood, Merrill Clark, Woody Woodmansee and Fred Chappell.
