Important date for the Grange
To the editor:
As a resident of Borodino who is interested in investing more into his community, I need
to have all the facts when it comes to making a good financial decision.
As we know, the historical grange in Borodino is being restored, or is it? I can't get
answers.
One doctor tells me the grange is not getting the money and another respected man says
the grange is getting the money. Who do I believe?
So on April 7, there will be an informational meeting on the EDI grant of $89,000 for the
renovation of the Borodino Grange. Any interested individuals, including town board
members and Spafford Area Historical Society members, are welcome to attend.
There is apparently some misleading information about the grant funding. The town
supervisor would like to take this opportunity to dispel all rumors.
This meeting is important for future investment money to the area. Please attend if you
voted in the last election cycle.
