February 2005 :: Remodeling at
Borodino Landing, by M.E.D. Construction
|
|

|
Going to the Borodino Landing, I stopped and took
these pictures.
Dear Peg and Bud,
Your house is doing fine in the cold winter
months here in Borodino. As you can see, all is
fine. Hope you are healthy and groovy.
Received e-mail.
|
|
Here is Joe's little fuel efficient car.
Behind me is Peggy and Buds' recreational home.
In the short summer months, resident and locals play
respectfully in the water together. Unlike the Town Hall
meetings, The Landing has beautiful sunsets and soft
little stones to comfort your feet.
No one ever feels intimidated by all the love and
co-operation. One's own insecurities should not
dictate social policies.
|
|
|
Looking down south, we see Bud's boat house and home. I have
slept in that Boat house while recovering from a good night
of drinking and gambling and reading the Bible.
|
|
Here we see MED's newest construction job. Mike
Daniels's innovative and intelligent construction
procedures delivers optimal positive-ness to the lake and
area. Yes, some people who drive two SUVs are negative
on this development. But not Joe Vecchio.
When will happiness return to some people?
|
|
|
This part of the structure was moved. That's all I
want to say about this shot. But it had to be a lot
of hard work and muscle separating and moving.
|
|
Now, here we see the overhang to the right. I like
it. Diversity is good. Creative structures are not
boring. IT STIMULATES THE IMAGINATION.
After the framing we will get a better idea as to
what the form of this cool house will take.

|
John, Todd, Brad and Mike diligently work off the
body fat accumulated over the holidays.
Summer is coming, and the less fat, the better the
bathing suit fits.
And that's all women want from us men.
Phil can not be seen. He is driving the Bobcat.
Phil is a philosophy major at Harvard's JFK school
of Government. He hopes to Graduate with a
strong 2.1 GPA and he hopes to continue his
employment dreams while wearing Freedomwear
undershirts at Senator Hillary Clinton's office.
"Getting Bill Clinton to wear comfortable
cotton Freedomwear while visiting Asia
is my top priority," says
Phil.

Here we see the strong deck. I will be delivering MY
acceptance speech as I become the next chairperson of
SAHS . Most of the 500 members are disappointed
with the leadership and this deck will be the platform
that we start our revolution.
|
|
|
|
|
Mike Daniels, who has nothing to do with my revolution,
in an innocent local. A skilled and articulate
contractor who takes on difficult jobs, Mike, an x
fireman, administrates quality and logistics.
Planning and mental preparation is essential and time
consuming. And time is $$$. Experience is $$$.
(There are other nice homes being built in this
area. If you want your friends in other states to see
it, call me and I will come take a picture. Mike is nice
enough to give permission to advocate his creative
projects. You can too. If you are against this typical
building because you believe it is ruining the world,
please express it and call me.)

< Jon Alicea
Jon stands at the edge of the world. He wants to
jump off. But then he doesn't want to jump off. Its
Friday. Jon is building his own
home. I have learned how to be a better
builder thanks to some good tips from Jon. When Jon
talks, I listen. He has never lied to me and
that is good for business and the
community. To be continued...

|
Todd Ritter > Just had a child last year. We at the
Bullett, hope all is healthy and fun. Todd was Jimmy
Carter's lead supervisor of home construction projects
for the needy in South Africa. Seeing the poor as mostly
useless, Todd now wears Calvin Klein sweaters,
$235.00 and Banana Republic tool belt wear, $95.00 and
Chanel # 5 deodorant, $45.00. The hat is
Gucci, for $155.00.
Todd is clearly the best dressed carpenter in
Spafford. Until Jesus comes back in his Gap robe for
$89.00.

Looking over the side and into the stream
below.
What else can I say?
|
|
5 months from now, patriotic locals will
freely be swimming at the landing we all pay taxes on..
Friends and members of the community are not intimidated
by each other's summer water needs. We all share and
cooperate, clean up after ourselves, and treat everyone with equal
respect. Come on down and sing a song with us.
Peggy and Bud have fantastic voices and microphones
will be handed out on the 4th of July to celebrate
freedom day. If you feel good about your voice then sing
with us. Sing sing sing.
Thank you.
