"PARKS & TRAILS" LATEST NEWSLETTER, 1/9/08 (58 pg, pdf)
2007 Save the County led "Walk the Land" at High Hickory (off Richard Rd. in Borodino) April 22, 2007 We played
"Geocache" with a GPS,
and walked some of the 87 acres here at High Hickory. Our walk ended at Lourdes
Camp on Skaneateles Lake. 2006 Scott Park- Volunteers Needed There will be a work detail, weather depending, at Scott Park Saturday, September 9th. Volunteers are needed to help work on the new walking trail to the south end of Skaneateles Lake. All interested please meet at Scott Park at 9 a.m. For more information, please call Merrill Clark at (607) 749-2753.
High Hickory Meeting with Save The County Land Trust: August 15 at 6:30 PM We will meet with members of Save The County Land Trust at High Hickory (Richard Rd.) Tuesday, August 15 at 6:30 pm. All Recreation members asked to attend. We will discuss adding a parking area. STC will go over deed restrictions and share ideas.
