Victoria's secret is out. B.R.A, Borodino Restoration
Associates latest attempt to ascertain the purchase price of said property has failed.
My inability to adequately communicate the mission of B.R.A has led me to conclude that
the corner property of 41 and 174 will remain the same --- forever. The high cost of doing
business makes any attempt to reconstruct a nice, new facility impossible. The lack of
personal interest and the lack of economic activity with said properties suggests
that little, if anything, will improve over the next 5 years. So the war of Borodino
continues till someone files for bankruptcy protection (or until Tchaikovsky comes back to
rewrite the "1812 Overture", and renames it the "2001 Overture"). What
a waste of resources. Resources neither side can afford to waste. I guess now I will
sit back and watch the legal fight accelerate.
Meanwhile, thanks to all the interested investors who called and expressed
interest in bringing Borodino out of third-world status.

B.R.A IS LOOKING FOR SUPPORT
If 25 intelligent - capable people would invest $1000 each for the purchase of the corner
properties, and together these people borrowed $125,000 maybe we could ALL have something
to be proud of in Borodino.
Borodino Restoration Associates, or B.R.A is offering the first $1000
towards the purchase and demolition of 1852 and 1854 East Lake Road. BRA is looking for 25
community-minded Borodinians to join forces to help rebuild the town of Borodino. If
interested call Joe (315)673-9565.Click here to see a drawing of Joe's vision.
